Returns All of our Ribbon Smart product sales are final. The colors and textures of any ribbons or other products on this website compared to our actual product may vary depending upon the computer hardware and software used to view the product as well as dye lot variations. Ribbon Smart is not responsible for colors not matching the intended use nor for variations in size, texture and quality and does not accept returns on this basis. Authorized returns are at the sole discretion of the management of Ribbon Smart. If the ribbon or other product is defective, or there was an order fulfillment error on our part, please EMAIL RIBBON SMART with the details within 5 days of receipt of the product to obtain a defective product return authorization number. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FROM RIBBON SMART. If you receive a return authorization number from Ribbon Smart, you must follow the following procedure: You must obtain a return authorization number from the Company prior to returning any merchandise. As soon as your order is placed we do everything possible to have your order processed, packaged, and shipped as quickly as possible. Then, you must take into consideration the shipping time it takes to get from our warehouse, in Quakertown, Pennsylvania to your destination. Very large orders and custom orders may require a greater lead time to allow for production.
